I have gone through a dramatic physical change. I have went from 180 pounds to 210 pounds. I recently got into body building again and powerlifting AND fitness / body shoots as of late. If you are looking for a prissy little fashion model with a 40 inch chest and 14 inch arms please dont look here. My arms are back to 18 inches and i have a 46 inch chest and im GROWING STILL! This beast is still progressing! The picture below you can tell the size i am now.
